When deciding to purchase a CAM system – milling, laser sintering or rapid prototyping and corresponding software – numerous criteria have to be taken into account, e.g.:

investment costs and running expenses
compatibility with CAD systems (open or closed interfaces)
realizable range of indications
choice of materials
production accuracy and time
user friendliness etc.

Due to the multiplicity of systems currently available – which are increasingly also provided by manufacturers from outside the dental industry – the decision is made even more difficult. In view of the growing number of providers, the situation is similar for the field of materials and tools.

To this end, the offers of the most diverse manufacturers are presented in different sessions. Each session is comprised of:
